1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bdok3 website, mobile platform, casino games, sports betting services, crash games, and all other products and services offered by bdok3 ("bdok3", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you ("you" or "the User") and bdok3. 3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of bdok3 services, you must register an account by providing your Bangladeshi mobile phone number, a chosen password, and any other information bdok3 requires during the registration flow. Registration is free of charge.

Account Verification (KYC)

bdok3 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. bdok3 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that result from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including bdok3 support staff (bdok3 staff will never ask for your password).
• Contact bdok3 support immediately via live chat if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bdok3 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdok3 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. All deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in your own name.

Deposit Rules

Deposits are credited to your bdok3 account balance in real time following confirmation from the payment provider. The following deposit conditions apply:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bdok3, though your payment provider may apply daily wallet limits.
• Deposits made using payment accounts not registered in your own name will be reversed and the account may be subject to a security review.
• bdok3 does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency. All deposits must be made in BDT via supported Bangladesh payment methods.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The following withdrawal conditions apply:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. bdok3 targets a processing time of 15 minutes from approval to receipt in your mobile wallet, though this may vary based on payment network load.
• Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification if a user has not yet verified their identity. bdok3 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing funds.
• bdok3 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests over ৳50,000 in a single transaction. Such checks will not delay routine withdrawals below this threshold.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bdok3 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

  Wagering Requirements All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period or the bonus and any associated winnings will expire.

  One Bonus Per Person Each promotion is available to one eligible account per person, per household, and per device. bdok3 reserves the right to determine whether multiple accounts are connected through shared device identifiers, IP addresses, or payment details.

  Bonus Expiry Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, or where wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period, will be removed from the account automatically without compensation.

  Abuse and Exploitation bdok3 reserves the right to void bonuses, remove associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is suspected — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to guarantee bonus conversion, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or participation in any coordinated abuse scheme.

  Promotion Changes bdok3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will apply to bonus funds not yet wagered at the time the change takes effect.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdok3 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person to register a duplicate account in order to exploit promotions or circumvent restrictions.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or other technical tool to interact with the bdok3 platform in a manner not intended for normal human users.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live table games such as Baccarat, Blackjack, or Poker variants.
• Exploiting any bug, glitch, or error in the bdok3 software or any third-party game to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of any other person, or facilitating the use of the bdok3 account or payment details of a third party.
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward bdok3 staff or other platform users, whether through live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

7. Responsible Gaming

bdok3 is committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above, and should never be viewed as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses. bdok3 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users, accessible directly from account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount to control your spending.
• Session time reminders: receive an alert after a set period of continuous play to encourage regular breaks.
• Loss limits: set a maximum loss threshold for any given period. Once the threshold is reached, no further bets may be placed until the limit resets.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdok3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the bdok3 platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if bdok3 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bdok3 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bdok3 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time for maintenance or operational reasons.

bdok3 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 11. Amendments to These Terms
